Artan Hoxha

GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR

Artan Hoxha is a well-known economics expert. Minister of Commerce and Economic Cooperation (1992-1993); former Director and later, President of the Institute of Contemporary Studies (ISB), from 1997 onwards. Member of the Board of Directors of the University of Tirana (February 2008-May 2010); member of the Board of Trustees of the South East European Research Center (SEERC) in Thessaloniki, Greece; member of the "Ora News" Private Television Council Assembly; member of the Review Board Council of the Monitor Magazine; are some of the roles that have been carried out or continue to play Mr. Artan Hoxha.Throughout his twenty year career he has contributed to the drafting of the most important policies, strategies and laws relevant to economic and institutional reforms. In recent years he has played an important role in establishing the National Center for Business Registration, the National Licensing Center, the reform of the tax system, the establishment of Administrative Courts, the institutional and procedural reform of administrative inspections on businesses.Artan Hoxha is a well-known columnist and is followed in television broadcasts and written media. Mr. Hoxha is a Trainer certified by the ILO Training Center of Turin (Italy) on Business Administration and an expert on issues concerning the development of the private enterprise sector. Albanian and international public institutions as well as Albanian and foreign companies operating in Albania always ask for his opinion. Artan Hoxha received post-graduate studies in Environment and Energy Economics from Eni Group at Enrico Mattei in Italy (1994-1995) and graduated in the Faculty of Geology and Mining at the Polytechnic University of Tirana (1984-1989).

Enea JANKO

Enea Janko combines the practical experience with the academic one in business administration. Director of more than one company: founder and administrator of "EJ Business Consulting" from 2008 onwards; General Manager of "Birra Tirana" SpA, one of the largest and most successful companies in Albania (2003-2008); General Manager of "La Borsa di Tirana" SpA (2002); General Manager of the company Mediatica Spekter SpA / Newspaper “Century” (1997-1998) as well as Lecturer of the subjects such as "Organizational Behavior" and "Introduction to Economics": are the two tools of the experience of Mr. Janko that make him a connoisseur excellent of management issues and management of the enterprises in general and in particular of companies operating in the Albanian context, and in this context also of the nature of the knowledge and skills that albanian companies and labour market requires from Albanian universities concerning the role of managers, directors or legal representatives. Mr. Janko's experience includes: Director of the Minister of Finance, Expert supervising banks and financial institutions (Ministry of Finance); Chairman of the Credit Training Agency Supervisory Board, Representative of Albania in the Organization of the Coopeation of the Black Sea Countries. His experience is marked by media coverage (1994-1998) as a journalist and editor of economic affairs in some newspapers, where he published over 500 articles.Mr. Janko graduated in finance at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana in 1994. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Tirana and the University of Nebrasca (USA) and is in the phase of conclusion of the Ph.D in the field of corporate governance. Mr. Janko successfully managed Tirana Business University as General Manager in the years 2010-2014.

Gjergj BUXHUKU

Gjergj Buxhuku is the initiator and General Administrator of the Confederation of Industries of Albania (Confindustria), one of the most well-known and most active organizations in support of industrial development and defense of the interests of Albanian industries. As a manager of Confindustria and a profound connoisseur of the economic issues of the company, Mr. Buxhuku stands out for his intense public and media activities as well as for his knowledge and connections with the industrial and Albanian and foreign services in Albania as well as with the other Confindustria companies from other European countries. Mr. Buxhuku's twenty-year experience also includes important state offices where stands out his role as adviser on economic matters of the President of the Republic of Albania (2003-2004); adviser of the Prime Minister (2002); Coordinator of the Council of Ministers (1997-1999); adviser of the Minister of Public Economics and Privatization (1999); member of the Board of Directors and Founder of Albanian Mobile Communication / AMC SpA (1995-1998); expert at the National Agency for Privatization (1994-1997); expert for trade policies and international trade at the Ministry of Trade and Economic Cooperation with Foreign Countries (1992-1993). His experience also includes academic activity as lecturer on the subject concerning the management of the media at the Department of Journalism at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Tirana (1998) as well as of commentator of the Radio "Free Europe" (2001-2002). Mr. Buxhuku obtained the title Master in Project Management at the Faculty of Economics at the University of the Republic of San Marino (1992-1994) while his university studies at the Faculty of Geology and Mines, at the Polytechnic University of Tirana (1984-1989).
