The activities within the TBU Leadership and Innovation Summer School begin

Tirana Business University (TBU) proudly announces the first edition of the Leadership and Innovation Summer School (LISS), which started on June 18.

This two-week program, which will run from June 18 to 28, is specially designed for high school students in their first, second and third year of vocational schools, with the aim of fostering leadership skills and promoting innovation among young participants.

LISS represents an outstanding opportunity for high school students to participate in a combination of training, entertainment and personal development. During the program, participants will participate in various activities designed to cultivate their leadership potential and stimulate their critical and innovative thinking.

LISS is structured to provide a comprehensive experience through a balanced combination of:

• Trainings: Interactive workshops covering essential topics in Leadership, IT Innovation & Project Management, Digital Marketing & Branding, Programming / Web Design / AI, Micro Business Game, Communication.
• Games: Fun and educational activities, including the Micro Business Game, that apply theory in practical and fun scenarios.
• Entertainment: Various recreational activities such as cinema day, to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
• Networking: Opportunities to network with peers, build networks and learn from experienced professionals.

Participants will also have the opportunity to meet CEOs from TBU’s partner companies and conduct onsite visits to companies to understand practical aspects of business operations and management.
