DUALBA Project Roundtable Discussion
Today, under the leadership of Tirana Business University (TBU), a roundtable discussion was held as part of the DUALBA Project, bringing together representatives from academia, business, and policy-making institutions.
The aim of this roundtable was to share successful dual education models from EU Member States and associated countries, and to identify the needs and expectations of businesses for the development of effective dual higher education in Albania.
The discussion provided a valuable platform for exchanging experiences, understanding challenges, and exploring practical ways to strengthen cooperation between universities and industry.

The event concluded with an open discussion and feedback session, where representatives from higher education, industry, and policy-making institutions shared perspectives on aligning educational outcomes with labor market needs.
