Student Conference “Digital Pioneers in the Transformation Era” connects students, academia and industry

The third edition of the Student Conference “Digital Pioneers in the Transformation Era” was held at the premises of POLIS University, organized in collaboration between POLIS University and Tirana Business University.

The conference served as an academic platform for students to present their scientific papers and share innovative ideas, demonstrating professional preparation, critical thinking and strong research engagement.

Throughout the conference, students were supported by academic staff, with Dr. Proc. Xhezmije Palushi serving as the mentor professor for the presented papers, guiding students through all stages of preparation and presentation.

A key added value of the conference was the participation of industry representatives, including BALFIN Group, Deloitte, AI Hub and Robotech, who enriched the discussions and strengthened the connection between academia and the labor market.
