BALFIN Group companies at the TBU Career Fair, added value for students

Our colleagues from the BALFIN Group companies have always been a very important part of Tirana Business University. Representatives from Human Resources serve as the first point of contact between BALFIN Group businesses and TBU students.

In many cases, new careers have begun right within the TBU premises, where submitting a CV during our annual Career and Talent Fair has led to interviews at company offices and, subsequently, to the start of professional journeys that have elevated our students to remarkable levels of career development.
