TBU Welcomes 23 Students from IMSI, France, for an Immersive Experience

This one-week international mobility program welcomes 23 students from the Institut du Management des Services Immobiliers (IMSI), Toulouse Campus, to Tirana Business University for an immersive academic and cultural experience.

Designed as a dynamic 5-day program, the initiative combines academic learning, practical workshops, and intercultural exchange, offering students a comprehensive understanding of real estate principles within the Albanian context.

Participants will engage in lectures on real estate fundamentals, property valuation, and energy efficiency, delivered by academic experts and industry professionals.

The program also emphasizes experiential learning through field visits and direct interaction with key stakeholders in the real estate sector, including a site visit to a real estate project by BALFIN Group, Valamar Residences. In parallel, students will explore Albania’s cultural heritage through guided tours and intercultural activities, fostering global awareness and cross-cultural communication.

The first day began with a city tour around Tirana, followed by an engaging lecture on real estate development and projects in Albania.
