TBU students participated as attendees and support staff at the 7th Annual Leadership Forum, “Visionary Leadership in the AI Era”, held in Tirana, where the role of visionary leadership in a world transformed by Artificial Intelligence was discussed.

For the second consecutive year, our students were engaged in this forum alongside executive leaders and decision-makers from across the Western Balkans, an elite opportunity made possible through collaboration with JM Solutions and its director, Josh Miekley.

Participation in this event represented a valuable experience for TBU students, placing them in a real environment of leadership, communication, and international event organization.

In an era where Artificial Intelligence is shaping every industry, this experience highlighted the importance of leadership that drives change rather than follows it.
