At TBU premises, we had the pleasure of welcoming Ms. Elona Hametaj, CEO of SPAR Albania, as part of the “CEO Talks – TBU” series.

In an inspiring and interactive atmosphere, Ms. Hametaj shared with students her journey toward leading one of the largest supermarket chains in the country. She spoke about the challenges she has faced throughout her career, the decisions that have shaped her as a leader, and her philosophy in management and business development.
