Study Visit in Bilbao – DUALBA Project

From September 22 to 26, team members of the DUALBA Project, co-funded by the European Commission, held a successful study visit in Bilbao, Spain.

Tirana Business University was proudly represented by Samel Kruja, Indrit Baholli, Altin Sholla, and Endri Plasari.

The DUALBA Project aims to strengthen collaboration between academia and the business sector by promoting dual education models that combine academic learning with practical, industry-based experience.

During the visit, participants engaged in workshops, institutional meetings, and field visits with local universities and companies, exchanging best practices and exploring innovative approaches to improve employability and skill development in higher education.

This study visit marks another important step toward building a sustainable and effective dual education system in the Western Balkans.
