TBU at the Journalism Festival Panel in Tirana on the challenges facing young people and information
The Journalism Festival PYET, organized by Qendra 5 and held at the Pyramid of Tirana with the support of the Mane Foundation, brought together journalists, students, and academics to discuss the challenges and opportunities of journalism in the digital and artificial intelligence era. In this event, Tirana Business University College played an important role, not only through its contribution to educating new professionals in communication and media, but also through its representation in the discussion panel. The Administrator of TBU, Dr. Altin Sholla, was invited as a panelist, where he emphasized the critical importance of the challenges of accurate information today, as well as the need to protect against fake news and technologically risky platforms. He also highlighted the key role that future students graduating from TBU will have, who must be equipped not only with technical knowledge but also with essential skills to ensure quality, ethics, and reliability in information.
Through its Master programs at TBU, such as Digital Communication, and its involvement in such activities, the University reaffirms its commitment to preparing professionals capable of facing the challenges of an increasingly complex media environment.
