The Second Season of the StarTech Program Kicks Off by Tirana Bank and Tirana Business University (TBU)

On October 22, the second season of the StarTech program was officially launched — a unique initiative that brings together Tirana Bank and Tirana Business University in an inspiring synergy between academia and the banking sector.

Over a 6-week period, TBU students will be trained by various departments of Tirana Bank, gaining practical knowledge, real work experience, and professional mentorship. The program will conclude with a final Bootcamp, where the top three students will be selected for a paid internship at Tirana Bank, while the most outstanding talents will be employed at the bank.

1. October 22 – HR Department
2. October 29 – IT Operations Department
3. November 5 – Information Security Department
4. November 12 – Digital Transformation Department
5. November 19 – IT Development Department
6. November 26 – MIS & Budgeting Department
