From student to “Leader for One Day” at TBU, through the program of our partners 

Today at Tirana Business University, we welcomed Gloria Proko, from the non-public TES high school, as part of the “Leader for One Day” program, in cooperation with Junior Achievement of Albania.

Under the mentorship of the Rector of TBU, Prof. Dr. Vasilika Kume, she was introduced to the role of a leader, the functioning of the university, and the processes of decision-making and institutional communication.

During the day, Gloria held a discussion with the Dean of the Faculty of Business and Law, Prof. Dr. Elvin Meka, and took part in meetings and activities at the Career Office, Finance Office, Academic Secretariat, and Projects Office, gaining a comprehensive overview of academic and administrative life at TBU.

This experience brings her closer to the reality of leadership and decision-making in higher education.

Gloria, an excellent student in her academic achievements, stood out for her engagement and curiosity throughout the experience.
