Nisin aktivitetet në kuadër të TBU Leadership and Innovation Summer School
Tirana Business University (TBU) me krenari njofton edicionin e parë të Leadership and Innovation Summer School (LISS), që nisi me datë 18 qershor.
Ky program dy-javor, i cili do të zgjasë nga 18 deri më 28 qershor, është projektuar posaçërisht për nxënësit e gjimnazeve në vitin e parë, të dytë dhe të tretë të shkollave profesionale, me qëllimin për të nxitur aftësitë drejtuese dhe për të promovuar inovacionin tek të rinjtë pjesëmarrës.
LISS përfaqëson një mundësi të jashtëzakonshme për gjimnazistët për të marrë pjesë në një ndërthurje të trajnimeve, argëtimit dhe zhvillimit personal. Gjatë programit, pjesëmarrësit do të marrin pjesë në aktivitete të ndryshme të projektuara për të kultivuar potencialin e tyre udhëheqës dhe për të stimuluar mendimin e tyre kritik dhe inovativ.
LISS është strukturuar për të ofruar një përvojë gjithëpërfshirëse përmes një kombinimi të ekuilibruar të:
- Trajnimeve: Workshop-eve interaktive që mbulojnë tema thelbësore në Leadership, IT Innovation & Project Management, Digital Marketing & Branding, Programing / Web Design / AI, Micro Business Game, Communication.
- Lojërave: Aktivitetet zbavitëse dhe edukative, duke përfshirë lojën “Micro Business Game”, që zbatojnë teorinë në skenarë praktikë dhe argëtues.
- Argëtimit: Aktivitetet e ndryshme rekreative si dita e kinemasë, për të siguruar një atmosferë të këndshme.
- Networking: Mundësitë për të lidhur kontakte me bashkëmoshatarët, për të ndërtuar rrjete dhe për të mësuar nga profesionistë me përvojë.
Pjesëmarrësit gjithashtu do të kenë mundësinë të takohen me CEOnga kompanitë partnere të TBU-së dhe të zhvillojnë vizita onsite në kompanitë për të kuptuar aspektet praktike të operacioneve dhe menaxhimit të biznesit.
