Pedagogia Elida Motro prezanton librin e saj në TBU
Ditën e djeshme në TBU u zhvillua eventi për promovimin e librit botuar nga Pedagogia Elida Motro, Planifiko m’elidën. Në këtë event ishin prezent stafi drejtues i TBU, përfaqësues të ndryshëm nga bota akademike dhe e biznesit si dhe studentë të Tirana Business University.
Eventi u hap nga Administratori i TBU, Dr. Altin Sholla i cili përgëzoi pedagogen për librin e botuar dhe sugjeroi të gjithë pjesëmarrësit për të ndjekur metodën që ky libër sugjeron për karrierën.
Ndjekur nga fjalimi i PhD (c). Elida Motro, ajo motivoi pjesëmarrësit dhe i dha atyre një pikëpamje për karrierën, si të shkëlqesh në karrierë dhe familje me formulën e suksesshnme ACTS, metodë mbi të cilën ky libër është i ndërtuar.
PhD (c). Elida Motro përveçse është një pedagoge shumë e dashur për studentët dhe TBU, është gjithashtu dhe themeluese e EMI Coaching and Consulting, një kompani dedikuar Burimeve Njerëzore dhe e përkushtuar ndaj rritjes së performancës së individëve dhe ekipeve në një mjedis pune. Elida e përcjell këtë frymë dhe tek studentët e TBU, duke i orientuar drejt një karrierë të suksesshme dhe rritjes së performancës së tyre.
TBU është gjithnjë suportuese ndaj pedagogëve dhe i uron PhD (c). Elida Motro shumë urime për botimin e saj.
