Samir Mane studentëve të TBU: Jeni në prioritetin tim maksimal!
Presidenti i Grupit BALFIN, Samir Mane, ishte i pranishëm dje në një bisedë të hapur në Tirana Business University me qindra të rinj, maturantë, studentë dhe pedagogë. Z. Mane iu përgjigj të gjitha pyetjeve të të pranishmëve, dhe u ndal edhe pas takimit me një pjesë prej tyre, duke iu dhënë këshilla dhe duke i ftuar që ti ndjekin idetë e tyre të biznesit, si dhe duke iu parashtruar atyre opsione të ndryshme, se si të hedhin hapat e parë si biznesmenë të ardhshëm. “Qoftë vetë, qoftë me suportin tonë, pra të Grupit BALFIN, ju i keni të gjitha mundësitë që të krijoni sot biznesin tuaj”- u shpreh sipërmarrësi dhe filantropi i njohur. I pyetur se çfarë do tí këshillonte një maturanti që nuk e ka vendosur ende se çfarë dëshiron të studiojë, Z. Mane u shpreh: “E vetmja gjë që TBU-ja ka ndryshe nga të tjerët, është mundësia për të qenë pranë biznesit real dhe biznesit të fuqishëm korporativ në Shqipëri. Universitetet nuk janë diçka fitimprurëse, por padyshim uiniveristetet na vënë në kontakt me njerëz si ju, që të kemi mundësinë që të jemi partnerë në projektet tona të përbashkëta, por edhe duke formuar studentë, të cilët të mund të punojnë në strukturat tona korporative dhe qe mund të na njohin kulturën tonë korporative që në hapat e para. Në këtë TBU është ndryshe nga të tjerët. Mundësitë financiare që BALFIN na krijon, na jep mundësinë e të paturit një strukturë perfekte mësimdhënieje, me profesorët më të mirë, me ambientet më të mira. Duke ardhur që në fillim te ne, kush ka ide biznesi, mund ti implementojë shumë shpejt në strukturat tona”. Z. Mane shtoi më tej se për të dhe Grupin BALFIN, studentët e TBU janë në shkallën më të lartë të prioriteteve: “Dëshira ime është që shumë prej jush të shkojnë drejt sipërmarrjes. Një pjesë mund të shkojnë patjetër. Ne Si TBU dhe si BALFIN, do mbështesim çdo iniciativë që vjen nga ju, për të parë mundësitë që ju të shkoni drejt kësaj rruge. Unë shkoj në shumë Universitete, por suportin maksimal do t’ia jepja atyre qe studiojnë në TBU. Atë që keni në mendje, mund ta realizoni vetë, mund ta realizoni me mbështetjen tonë, ose në partnership ne me”. Presidenti i Grupit BALFIN i garantoi të rinjtë se ekzistojnë të gjitha mundësitë që ata të mos mendojnë vetëm lokalisht, por edhe globalisht. “Ne i kemi të gjitha kapacitetet financiare për të hapur biznese në fushën tonë kudo nëpër botë. Shpresoj shumë që të takohem me individë të veçantë nga ju, për të parë ide biznesi, mundësi biznesi se si të ecni jo vetëm brenda korporatës tonë, por dhe te tjera, jo vetëm në Shqipëri por edhe në rajon. Të gjithë menaxherët e zyrave tona në botë janë shqiptarë, që nga Vjena, në Nju Jork, Vankuver dhe kudo ku kemi zyra. Njerëz të ardhur nga bankat e shkollës, me disa vite përvojë në kompanitë tona. Ata njerëz e njohin kulturën tonë korporatave, kështu që janë padyshim udhëheqës të mirë të interesave tona në vendet ku punojmë”- tha z. Mane.
Në takimet e shpeshta që Presidenti i Grupit BALFIN ka me të rinjtë e TBU dhe ata që vijnë enkas për tu takuar me të nga gjimnaze dhe universitete të ndryshme të vendit, ai ka qenë vazhdimisht burim frymëzimi qoftë në aspektin akademik, ashtu edhe atë të sipërmarrjes për mjaft të rinj, që sot janë të punësuar edhe në pozicione të rëndësishme menaxheriale brenda Grupit BALFIN, pasi kanë kaluar më parë nga bankat e TBU, ku kanë marrë dijet e nevojshme për profesionet e tyre.
